The Founders

Doctors David Golan and Jason Jaeger founded Advanced Spine & Posture to provide residents of Las Vegas with the most advanced quality chiropractic care, physical therapy, and wellness care.

With an extensive passion for preventative care, corrective care, and wellness care, doctors Golan and Jaeger have grown Advanced Spine & Posture into a number of locations throughout Nevada and Michigan, helping thousands of people each year find lasting pain relief and improved health.

Dr. David R. Golan was educated and trained at The University of Southern California from 1986-1994, completing both Medical School and a Residency in Emergency Medicine. After finishing residency, Dr. Dave relocated to Nevada and began his career as a Board Certified Emergency Physician at University Medical Center of Las Vegas.

UMC is the teaching hospital for the University of Nevada School of Medicine. In addition to practicing Emergency Medicine at UMC full-time, Dr. Dave educated medical students, interns, and residents in the areas of Family Practice, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Emergency Medicine.

After leaving UMC, Dr. Dave practiced in the private sector from 2005-2007 in joint practice with Dr. Jason O. Jaeger, a chiropractic physician in the Las Vegas Valley, co-managing patients injured in auto-related crashes. After a brief retirement in Maui, he returned to the mainland to pursue a career in Age Management Medicine.

Currently, Dr. Dave is the Medical Director of both OptimAge Age Management and Advanced Spine & Posture. He is passionate about proactive preventative health, age management, and physical medicine.

Dr. Jason Jaeger has been a chiropractic physician in Las Vegas since 2001. He is the Administrative Director of Advanced Spine & Posture, one of Nevada’s leading integrated physical medicine practices. As a visionary, he has grown AS&P into multiple locations nationwide, combining chiropractic, physical therapy, and regenerative medicine.

Dr. Jaeger is one of only approximately 5000 chiropractors around the world trained in Clinical Biomechanics of Posture (CBP)®. Dr. Jaeger is also Board Certified in Nevada in CBP®. He is the developer of the Universal Tractioning System (UTS) and received the “2014 Researcher of the Year” award for the Advancement of Chiropractic Science at the Annual CBP® Research Symposium held in New York City.

Dr. Jaeger attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) during his undergraduate program and graduate school at Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS).

He currently holds or has held adjunct faculty positions at Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, CA; Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, KS; Parker University in Dallas, TX; and Palmer Chiropractic University in Davenport, IA.

He is a past Secretary of the International Chiropractic Association’s (ICA) Research and Guidelines Committee (FACTS). Dr. Jaeger is the District IV Director to the NBCE and current Vice President.

In May 2023 he was re-appointed by Governor Lombardo of Nevada to the Chiropractic Physicians Board of Nevada (CBPN). Dr. Jaeger was a past President of the CBPN.

Dr. Jaeger is licensed to practice Chiropractic in Nevada and Idaho and is proud to bring his experience and enthusiasm to the Southern Nevada community.

He is married to his wife Carrie and has two boys, Aden and Sebastian.
