Shelby Frolek holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Michigan State University and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Jamestown in Fargo, North Dakota. With a strong background in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, she specializes in pelvic health, chronic pain, and dry needling. Shelby is committed to helping patients heal through functional movement and compassionate care, tailoring each treatment to meet individual needs and goals.
She believes in the power of combining evidence-based practice with a patient-centered approach, empowering individuals to take an active role in their recovery and long-term wellness.
Outside the clinic, Shelby enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting lost in a good book, and staying active through regular exercise.
